Today on TV The kooky deputies of Reno 911 return for a fifth season, once again making their beleaguered town safe for criminal activity. For this season of the Cops-inspired farce, the deputies work as fast-food employees, raise money by becoming door-to-door salesmen and even build a section of the wall at the US border. But tonight things hit closer to home as Deputy Wiegel (Kerri Kenney) wants to know who fathered her child (10:30 p.m.-11 p.m., Comedy Central).
