No. 19 ODU rolls in conference opener

Jessica Canady scored a career-high 21 points to lead No. 19 Old Dominion to a 79-59 win over Georgia State on Sunday in the Colonial Athletic Association opener for both teams.

USC completes L.A. sweep of Stanford

Camille LeNoir hit a jumper with 8.1 seconds remaining, giving Southern California a 73-72 upset victory over No. 2 Stanford on Sunday. LeNoir scored 21 points, including a career high-tying five 3-pointers, for the Trojans (8-7, 1-3 Pac-10), who ended a 10-game losing streak to the Cardinal.

No. 10 Cal survives overtime with UCLA

Natasha Vital scored 18 points, including two free throws in overtime, to lead No. 10 California to a 73-70 victory over UCLA on Saturday. Devanei Hampton scored three of her 16 points in overtime for the Bears (13-2, 4-0 Pacific 10).

Trebilcock, No. 21 Ohio St. hold off Iowa

Ashlee Trebilcock scored 25 points to help No. 21 Ohio State beat Iowa 73-65 on Sunday.

No doubt for voters: Huskies unanimous

Connecticut steamrolled its way to a unanimous choice at No. 1. The Huskies received all 50 first-place votes Monday in the Associated Press Top 25 poll. Connecticut, which has held the top spot the past three weeks, hasn't been a unanimous pick since Dec. 8, 2003.
