In an effort to help tobacco users who wish to quit keep their New Year's resolutions, the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services and the University of Wisconsin Center for Tobacco Research and Intervention announced Monday an expansion of quit line services which would also include free medication and an interactive Web coaching service.
