Nissan is thinking of buying ads on local Fox affiliates to get around the $3 million price tag for Super Bowl ads, according to Advertising Age. "A lot of marketers can get sticker shock looking at the price of the Super Bowl," says Brad Adgate of Horizon Media. "Certainly buying selected local markets is a viable alternative.
